Busy, busy, busy

I realized how long it has been since I have written or even for that matter posted any pictures. We have been quite the busy family over the past two months! Let us begin with the move that will be taking place in a month or two. Joe received orders to Fort Bragg, North Carolina...yay! We had to finish up every project in progress or planned on the house in a matter of weeks. We finally finished all of the projects and listed the house for sale. We have had quite a bit of interest in the house and hope to get an offer sometime this week.

I just finished up THREE classes in a short time of only eight weeks, something I never want to do again. This term I chose to only take two classes, much more managable! I felt as if I barely had time to spend with Olivia and with being newly pregnant I felt exhausted almost all of the time. So in between classes, hourly care for Olivia, projects on the house, and the holidays coming to a close it has been the fastest two months I have had in a while.

I am very happy that February is here and all of the new adventures that await our family. This year will be a very special yet difficult year for our family. We will be welcoming another baby girl into our beautiful family. Her name will be Meghan Riley Kress and she will be arriving in August. Even before our newest arrival comes, we will be moving across the states to settle in North Carolina for, what we hope, will be a very long time. Soon after Meghan arrives Joe will be deploying with his new unit. This will be very difficult for me since we have not had a deployment since 2006. I think it will be even harder for Joe knowing that he will not be able to watch Meghan take her first steps, first laugh, or even her first smile when she recognizes you... Olivia will miss her Daddy more than she ever has before and will most likely ask about him every day that he is gone. With that being said, this year will hold many surprises many of which we will not expect and some that we already know about.

I will post many pictures of the past two months and try to keep this blog more updated for our family and friends to enjoy!
